About Your Guide (RYT-300) Dr. C is graduate of the Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra Teacher Training™ program conducted by Jennifer Reis and the Lotus Pond 300 Hour Teacher Training. She discovered Kripalu and Iyengar yoga at a local neighborhood studio in 2001 and has been practicing yoga ever since. She is passionate about teaching Hatha, Restorative, and Slow Flow yoga as well as introducing beginners to the principles of living on and off the mat while coming home to themselves.

Why Yoga Nidra? It’s an incredibly accessible form of guided meditation that anyone can practice. Yoga Nidra promotes stress reduction, self-awareness, relaxation, and restoration. Dr. C always comes back to the mat, whether it’s to recover from a distance run, an obstacle course race, manage stress, and to simply practice what she preaches regarding self-care. It’s all about the deep mind-body connection with yoga.
